Current scenario and mindful meditation-Part-1: God has allowed us some spare time to do whatever we love during these quarantine days. There are many who are delving into the deep sea to fish out the hobbies and interests they wanted to pursue but could not do it due to routine activities. Social media too has come forward to market our skills which is really helping to display our creativity to our friends.  During all these days, I too thought of what new thing I can add to my daily routine so that a part of me is surrounded in positivity with increased mental strength amidst all. So obviously to allow positively to come in, negativite news has to be stopped. So there I reduced watching TV news from 3 times to daily once.
